Lead Delivery by Email – Jon Loomer Digital sh-ba7r.com

There’s a new feature that allows you to send leads from instant forms directly to your or a team member’s email inbox.

Here’s how it works…

Where to Find It

When creating lead ads, you may see a section under your list of instant forms for “Lead Delivery” to “automatically deliver leads from your ads.

Lead Delivery

There are two options:

The option to deliver leads using a CRM integration isn’t new. In fact, I hope you’ve been using it already. But now there’s an option for Email.

Set it Up

When you click “Set Up,” you’ll be required to define who receives the leads, when they’re sent, and via what format.

Lead Delivery

1. Who: Select the email addresses that should receive new leads. These will need to have access to the account. You can’t enter them manually and can only select them (I can’t say for sure what level of access they need to be selectable).

Lead Delivery

2. When: Select the days and times when you want leads to be sent to these people. You can select one or multiple days, but only one time.

3. Type: Select from either CSV for XLS file type.

Lead Delivery

Who is This For?

Who should use this and when should they use it? I wouldn’t use email lead delivery for your typical subscription situation. The CRM integration makes the most sense in that case.

But if you want leads to go to specific people at specific times, this could be a great option. You might use this if members of your team will be personally reaching out to these new leads, rather than there being an automated email sequence.

There have been a ton of updates to lead ads recently, and this is one more. Are you using this?
