Owners of some MacBook models in several US states have filed a class action lawsuit against Apple and indicated that there were problems with butterfly keyboards in their devices, and those devices included MacBook computers sold between 2015 and 2017, and MacBook Pro devices sold between 2016 and 2019, and MacBook Air computers sold between 2018 and 2019.

Apple also indicated that “residents of California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, and Washington can claim compensation for damage to their devices, and that the user who replaced his computer keyboard once will receive compensation that may reach $ 125, and those who replaced it more than once will get the compensation that could amount to $395.
