Apple announced the Apple Watch Series 8 next to the iPhone 14 and the second generation of the AirPods Pro headset.
Apple Watch Series 8 comes with an edge-to-edge screen, and Apple has added two thermometers, one at the bottom of the watch to measure the temperature of your body and the other at the bottom of the screen to measure the ambient temperature in order to give you a better and more accurate result.
There are also sensors to know if you have been in a car accident so that the emergency call is called and the watch comes with an S8 chip.
The watch’s battery can last for 16 hours, but there is a new mode that will allow it to last up to 36 hours. The watch is currently available for pre-order and will be available for sale on September 16 at a price of 399 dollars for the GPS version only and 499 dollars for the version that supports the connection.
Apple also announced the Apple Watch SE, which is available at a cheaper price than the Series 8 watch. It also comes with the S8 chip, which is up to 20% faster than the previous generation thanks to the new chip and also has the collision sensor in the Series 8.
The Apple Watch SE has a heart rate sensor and can track the number of hours of sleep.
The watch is currently available for pre-order and will go on sale on September 16 at a price of $249 for the GPS version and $299 for the calling version.
